Affinity Water Complaints Procedure

The Complaint Response Time: Affinity Water aims to provide a comprehensive response to your complaint within 10 working days. If you don’t hear from them within this timeframe, they will automatically pay you £20 as part of their Guaranteed Standards of Service. Find more on this official complaints procedure page

  • The Affinity Water customer care team always strive to serve to the best of customer satisfaction. Howsoever, if you have any complaints in regard to the services, you can get in touch with the team and they will make sure to solve the issue as soon as possible. In regard to your bill or account, you can call the Affinity Water service and complaints phone number 0345 357 2401 from Mon- Fri 8 am – 6 pm and Sat 10 am – 2 pm
  • Complaints about water supply 7 days a week: 0345 357 2407.
  • You can also open a complaint using Affinity Water complaints email: [email protected]
  • You can complain by mail: Affinity Water complaints address: Affinity Water, Tamblin Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EZ and the complaints team will make sure to respond within 10 working days of receiving the complaint.
  • If, in case, the issue has not been resolved or if you are not satisfied with the given outcome, you can seek advice and open a complaint using the Consumer Council for Water (CCW). CCW can be contacted through phone number 0300 034 2222 from Mon- Fri 8:30 am – 5 pm, via fax number 0121 345 1010 or via their email [email protected]. You can also contact them at the address: First Floor, Victoria Square House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B2 4AJ
  • If CCW is not able to resolve the issue, then you have the right to refer your complaint to the Water Redress Scheme, known as WATRS
  • For complaints about waste water services, remember that Affinity Water only supplies fresh water. You should contact your waste water service provider, which could be Thames Water, Anglian Water, or Southern Water.
