I am writing to you in regards to an item I have sent via Royal Mail tracking number 050C00B6E2F sent from Gresford post office on the 25th July 2023, I have tracked this item on your website and it shows as delivered however, the person awaiting the shipment is adamant that they have not obtained the goods from you, advising they were in the property all day and had no deliveries.
It would be appreciate if you can review this urgently and confirm as if you cannot provide information to confirm delivery I will have to reimburse the Customer and would expect the same from Royal Mail.
A response at your earliest convenience would be appreciated as I am required to respond to the Customer by no later than the 2nd August 2023
I received a text at 12:25 to say my delivery had failed. I was in and no-one knocked, my parcel was not left in my safe place, no card was left. I rang the Royal Mail and eventually spoke to an adviser who gave me a complaint number. My parcel has still not been delivered so I am assuming it will not now arrive today. Very poor service. Why did they either knock it leave in my safe place? Never had this problem before?
I was in and as far as I am concerned no effort was actually made to deliver my parcrl.
I want my parcel delivering preferably today but doubt that is to hapoen. I phoned immediately I got the tect. Surely the van could have come back it\'s only a small village.
