If you are not satisfied with the services, you can raise the matter to Experian UK customer support team and they will take all steps to solve the issue at the earliest.
If the complaint is about an affordability related service, the team aims to resolve within 15 days and about anything else, they may solve within 8 weeks.
Still, if you are not happy with the given decision, or the issue has not been resolved, an alternative dispute resolution provider may be able to assist. If you are a consumer a consumer and your complaint is about your credit file or financial services, then you will have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
